When your district decides to move forward with NYLearns, our team will work closely with you to provide a smooth implementation.
Remember, NYLearns is web-based and features unlimited cloud storage. This means that applying the NYLearns system will require hardly any work on your behalf. In fact, your only real IT-related obligation will be to make sure that your district’s firewall allows teachers and staff to access NYLearns (if they can’t access it already).
Our dedicated and knowledgeable support team works in-house and is accessible via telephone or live web chat during regular business hours (Monday through Friday between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm) to assist you or your staff directly.
